*Reflexology APPROACHES*

There is a vast variety of approaches and techniques in using Reflexology.
I practice REFLEXOLOGY with many and diverse SPECIAL METHODS which help me to adapt to the individual and to address the issues.
MY acquired TECHNIQUES CAN ALLEVIATE or ELIMINATE MANY TYPES OF PAIN and HEALTH ISSUES such as STRESS, SCIATICA, MIGRAINE, DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS, SLEEP and many more to assist the IMMUNE SYSTEM, and all other body systems.
Most reflexologists discover and develop their own methods of how to apply reflexology with each individual.. depending on what the individual needs and responds to best.

I have continued to listen and watch, learning from other reflexologists, joining workshops and conferences.
Most important of all, I have been listening to my inner Self to guide me to the best approaches and how to go about providing the best care and treatment to the individual person.
This has helped me to ascertain how to start mobilising the relevant reflex areas on feet or hands to encourage to find the root cause of many health dis-eases, which is a dis-connectivity of body-mind-spirit harmony.
Often without consciously recognising the actual problem areas, I would be guided to work on the areas and how to do this, intuitively.
This then usually leads to start the person's healing process; Healing themselves.

It can be from more recent emotional stress which manifested in acute pain, accidents etc.. or worries and issues deep rooted.
Physical and Mental Health problems are mostly closely related, intertwined.

Stress of any kind is usually a typical symptom of underlying Emotional concerns.
Often we hold on to emotional wounds without being consciously aware, therefore the origin of them could even be a very long time in the past.
We mostly manufacture Stress levels ourselves, anchering it into our lifestyles.
To help ourselves is to review our way of life.. such as the pace, the importance of some aspects, priorities.. Is there really a point to rush, to anger, to engage in some activities or emotional discourses.. does is really serve me or others.
Reviewing these aspects can help a great deal to help the body to stay healthy.

Acute or Chronic Pain has emotional origin, it can be set way down deeply anchored in the past, or as a recent occurance.

I can detect and help the healing process for most or all dis-ease - the body being out of balance - and the body keeping and festering certain within, with the help of REFLEXOLOGY.

Different approaches to directly address the issues, when the person is willing to let go of the causes.
It's important that the person Really Wishes to let go of the problems, as they would only reappear again after the physical discomfort is eliminated. That could mean that the person will need to work on life style areas or on resolving emotional issues.

A collaboration between the person, their mind and body, the reflexologist.
